1Acceptance of Terms of Use

Patek99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension or termination. patek99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from use by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements above.

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active patek99 account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. patek99 reserves the right to verify all submitted information through a KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including requesting copies of valid identification documents.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your patek99 account username and password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, and you bear full responsibility for it.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

• Every bonus comes with conditions rollover (wagering requirement) which must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members making their first deposit
• Only one bonus may be active in an account at any one time unless otherwise stated
• Patek99 reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms is suspected

6.2 Rollover Requirements
